Talon Insurance Agency is an Independent agency whose roots originated in 1921. Talon has developed into a provider of multi level products and services associated with the insurance and risk management industry with offices in Port Arthur, Houston and Tyler.
Talon has adopted the “TCOR”, or “Total Cost of Risk” approach to insurance analysis. Our job is to provide our clients with resources and capabilities that assist them in reducing and managing their Total cost of Risk. The TCOR is a combination of direct cost such as insurance premiums and deductibles coupled with indirect costs, such as lost productivity, legal expenses and lost business opportunities.
